To achieve this look you’ll need:
A neutral bathing suit top (that you don’t mind ruining)
A green tutu
Fake leaves, flowers and leaves from Michaels or a crafting store
A sewing machine or needle and thread
Start by sewing the larger leaves to the top of the tutu and follow the pattern around. The key is just covering all the areas and don’t make it too organized. Nature is random, so the costume should me too. The vine above is not sewn onto any of the fabric. I simply wrapped around and tucked it into both clothing pieces. The bathing suit top is made by sewing and glue. Use the leaves the cover the entire triangle, then glue flowers on top.
