I used to be completely OBSESSED with headbands, like I probably still have a drawer full of them somewhere at my parents house. When I put on this look I felt very Gossip Girl-ish and couldn’t help but add a sparkly headband. Major Blair Waldorf moment. Usually I’m more of a Serena, in the style sense, but this Blair look was super fun for the day!

This dress is under $13 and comes in 4 colors. I snagged a ton of dresses that pair well with otk boots at the mall last week, because…. that’s the cutest combo I can find for cooler weather.
